According to Marca, Arsenal have submitted a bid for the right-back Nahuel Molina of Udinese and hopes to sign him during the summer transfer window. The bid was submitted by Mikel Arteta of Arsenal.
According to Marca’s reports, Arsenal and Juventus have both made “significant” approaches to acquire the services of Argentina’s national team right back.
According to the rumour in the Spanish media, Atletico Madrid is also interested in acquiring the services of Molina. Molina has been linked to many clubs in Spain.
Earlier this month, CM reported that Udinese is seeking €30 million (or £25.53 million) for Argentina to win the Copa America in 2021.
WOULD NAHUEL MOLINA MAKE ARSENAL BETTER?
We believe that Nahuel Molina would be an excellent addition to Arsenal and would help to improve Mikel Arteta’s squad if the Gunners were to sign him.
Takehiro Tomiyasu is now Arsenal’s first-choice right-back, and it does not seem that this situation is going to alter any time shortly.
The Gunners, on the other hand, need a backup for their international right back from Japan.
The second part of the season has been marred by injuries for Tomiyasu, and Arsenal may have benefited from the addition of a high-caliber right back.
Like Nahuel Molina, for example.
Molina is currently 24 years old and is a veteran member of Argentina’s national team.
This season in Serie A, the former Boca Juniors player played in 33 games, including 31 starts and four outings as a substitute.
In those games, Molina has seven goals and two assists for a total of nine points.
