Arsenal wants a summer clear-out followed by four fascinating new players, according to the latest Transfer Gossip, while Real Madrid is interested in raiding Manchester City.

SUMMER CLEAR-OUT AT ARSENAL

Arsenal is contemplating a summer buying spree, according to a source, and wants to generate £60 million by selling as many as seven players from their first team.

The Gunners are left to wonder what may have been after being ousted in the last round of contention for a place in the Champions League next season. They led Tottenham for most of the game, but a 3-0 defeat to Spurs ended their season.

Despite this, there is plenty of excitement at Emirates Stadium about the club’s prospects of winning the Europa League and returning to the top four.

Arsenal are contemplating making big changes to their playing lineup, according to recent accusations from The Sun.

While Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah are both free agents, the Gunners are in the process of negotiating the exits of seven more players.

Konstantinos Mavropanos and Matteo Guendouzi will earn Arsenal a total of £12.5 million in transfer fee money by departing to play for Marseille and Stuttgart, respectively.

Manager Mikel Arteta, on the other hand, is willing to allow players like Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Lucas Torreira, Bernd Leno, Pablo Mari, and Hector Bellerin to depart.

The potential of Torreira joining Fiorentina permanently was on the table until the talks fell through. According to reports, Porto is interested in signing goalkeeper Leno.

Arsenal is expected to spend up to £150 million on two attackers, a full back, and a midfielder, according to the Sun. Arsenal may later add additional players to its roster, according to the publication. Tammy Abraham of Roma and Youri Tielemans of Leicester are two of the most essential targets.

The impending departures of Nketiah and Lacazette have put the urgency of finding new goal scorers at the top of the priority list. Meanwhile, after signing a one-year contract deal, Mohamed Elneny’s future remains uncertain in the midfield.

Arsenal was one of the teams that spent the most money in the summer of 2017. They spent £50 million on Ben White, a center defender, as one of their big purchases, and they are planning to spend much more money.
