Arsenal won 3-0 on Sunday despite missing a few key players.

Aside from long-term absentees Kierney and Partey, Mikel Arteta has a reasonably healthy roster moving into the last three games of the season. Takehiro Tomiyasu returned to the starting line-up but was pulled off with 10 minutes remaining.

After the game at the London Stadium, Arteta was questioned about many injured players, including Partey and Tierney, and whether or not additional players would be joining them in the medical room.

Ben white

Ben White was absent from Arsenal’s 2-1 victory against West Ham.

Since joining the Gunners from Brighton & Hove Albion in the summer, the English defender has formed a strong combination with Gabriel. In his absence, the North London side will be hoping he isn’t out for too long with important games coming up. Mikel Arteta has no news on White, who was injured against Manchester United last week.

Last Saturday’s 3-1 triumph against Manchester United caused the injury.

Bukayo Saka

The winger continues to improve and set up the first goal against West Ham.

It was the third time in a row that the England international had to be substituted. Saka limped off against United last week and was a concern for the Hammers on Sunday. Arteta treated injuries in east London.

“Bukayo was good, he was tired and had a little injury.”

Takehiro Tomiyasu

Takehiro Tomiyasu made his first Arsenal start since the 2-1 defeat to Manchester City in 2022.

His presence at the defence and forward helped the Gunners to extend the field and create damage to West Ham United. 78 minutes into his return, the Japanese international was pulled off, manager Arteta fearing he was hurt.

“Hope he’s alright,” remarked the Spaniard.
