Yannick Bolasie has been dropping hints all season that despite being on the books at Everton, he’s a big Arsenal fan.

Whenever the Gunners are playing, you can find Bolasie tweeting his support for the North London club.

But Bolasie went one step further and proved that Arsenal are legitimately his team on Sunday by taking a visit to the Emirates Stadium.

The Toffees winger, who cost the Goodison Park club £30 million in 2016, went along as a supporter to watch Mikel Arteta’s side beat Brighton & Hove Albion 2-0 to round off their Premier League season.

At the same time, Everton were losing 5-0 away to newly-crowned Premier League champions Manchester City.

But Bolasie showed no sign of caring about a potential backlash after filming himself at the Emirates.

And here’s how some Arsenal fans reacted to the 31-year-old’s video on Twitter on Sunday:

Good to see & hear the fans back in stadiums 🏟🙌🏿❤️⚽️ pic.twitter.com/bOpFlJ0Phm

It’s unlikely to go down well with those on the blue half of the Merseyside, even though he was nowhere in Carlo Ancelotti’s plans prior to him being loaned to Middlesbrough in January.

Bolasie will be a free agent from next month and although Arsenal have previous when it comes to signing wingers over the age of 30 – like Willian – it’s probably safe to say that the Gunners’ hierarchy won’t be interested in this Bosman.
